Elevator Access

Elevators are available for all guests with wheelchairs or limited mobility:

  • One elevator is located in the West Main Lobby
  • Two elevators are located in the East Main Lobby

All elevators provide direct access to the Coliseum’s main concourse.

Accessible Parking

Designated accessible parking spaces are located along the main circle surrounding the Coliseum.

  • Available on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Vehicles must display a valid disabled parking placard or license plate

Accessible Restrooms

Restrooms throughout the Coliseum are fully ADA-compliant and designed for wheelchair accessibility.

  • All public restrooms are accessible
  • Restrooms are located throughout the venue for guest convenience

Accessible Entrances & Seating

  • All public entrances to the Burton Coliseum are wheelchair accessible
  • Accessible seating is available throughout the venue, in accordance with ADA guidelines
  • Seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis

Wheelchair Assistance

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for guests who require assistance.

  • Wheelchairs are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Please speak to a member of our Guest Services team upon arrival for assistance

Service Animals

Service animals, such as guide dogs, are welcome at the Burton Complex.

  • Animals must remain leashed and under control at all times
  • Guests are responsible for their service animal’s care and behavior
  • Management reserves the right to request removal if policies are not followed
