Box Office Hours
The on-site Burton Complex Box Office does not operate on traditional business hours. Instead, it opens 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time of most events, depending on the nature and scale of the performance or activity.
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance online to ensure the best availability and to reduce wait times on event day. Online ticket sales remain open until shortly before the event begins. You can purchase tickets quickly and securely on Ticketmaster.
Please note: Event-day box office hours may vary for certain events such as large-scale concerts, tournaments, or high-demand community gatherings. We encourage guests to check the specific event listing or contact our team in advance for details.
