Bring your furry best friend and come check out the vendors to providing info, entertainment, and shopping for all things pets! Admission is free; pets must be on a leash to enter.
Last year, the event featured adoptions with Calcasieu Parish Animal Services, a petting zoo presented by the McNeese Pre-Vet Society, a sketch artist, a pet fashion show, a pet/owner look-a-like contest, demos from working dogs around the parish, free pup cones, pet agility course and a coliseum floor of service providers to explore.
The day was made possible by a list of sponsors, including Black Bayou Boarding at the Presenting Sponsor, Bayou Pawsitivity as the Pet Trick Sponsor, Scoop N' Geaux at the Clean Up Sponsor, Lake Area Animal Hospital as the Pet/Owner Look-a-like Contest Sponsor and Bayou South Animal Hospital as the Pet Fashion Show Sponsor.
